Our regular inspections can help prevent small problems from becoming big problems.
We'll quickly alert you to issues and work with your service providers to fix the problems, if needed.
While we're there we'll also take in your mail and deliveries and remove tags and signs left by workers.
Whether you're taking a short trip or leaving for the season, you can now have peace of mind knowing that your home is being checked by licensed and experienced professionals.

Home and Property Check
We conduct scheduled periodic inspections, customized to your needs. We visually inspect the interior, looking for problems such as roof leaks, water intrusion, plumbing leaks, pests, air conditioning and other system failures. In addition to our detailed interior inspection, Heathrow Home Watch also visually checks the exterior of your home for issues such as roof and property damage, and signs of vandalism or attempted forced entry. While we're there we'll also take in your mail and deliveries and remove tags and signs left by workers.

During our regularly scheduled inspections, we can identify and then quickly alert you to any problems we find, often catching them in the early stages - before they turn into disasters.
We've been checking on homes for years and have discovered and helped mitigate lots of homeowner's problems.
Here are just a few of the situations we've dealt with over the years:
* Partial ceiling collapse and resulting damage due to a roof leak.
We worked with the insurance adjusters, mold remediation team, roof and repair people, painters, etc. during a 3 plus month process.
* Gas grill blown into a pool by a tropical storm.
It took 3 of us to get it out of the pool !
* Home electrical system hit by a power surge, resulting in a disabled security system, air conditioner, and refrigerator.
We were available to work with the alarm company, air conditioning techs, electricians, and appliance repair people to get it all back up and running. Plus we cleaned out the refrigerator and disposed of the spoiled contents.
* Pool filter gushing water
The pool had lost almost half its water and the side yard was flooded.
We immediately contacted the homeowner and pool company. Our quick action resulted in the problem being fixed within hours and further damage averted.
